Well, the correct thing is to say "I don't like In Flames" instead of "In Flames sucks", my apologizes (sp?) if you feel annoyed or something, but I still thing that In Flames sucks hard. :Spin:

I have little respect for In Flames since Reroute to Remain, especially because of Anders's vocals on that album, but I would sure as fuck listen to In Flames over Iced "Hi we wish we were Iron Maiden" Earth any day.
And Jon Schaffer can suck it -- fucking blind "patriots" piss me off more than many other types of people, I don't give a fuck how talented they are.

its hard to trust the veracity of these comments seeing as how none of us know what really happened or the reasons jon may have said it or whether or not it was taken out of context. when i come to think about it i find it really hard to believe that jon would be one of those blind patriots, but patriot nonetheless. i mean if he hates europeans so much why does he often travel abroad on trips to europe, new zealand, blah blah blah.
in regards to expecting ignorance and arrogrance from americans...it's sad to say that its more prevalent than other countries. but in every country you'll find arrogant and ignorant people. it's just lately it's been made more apparent given the circumstances. but you have to understand where we're coming from.......the majority of the population is stupid, and have problems discerning certain things and like to be spoonfed like babies. which is why i think the US wont last for another 100 years.........im not sure whether i should laugh or fear for my future when the majority of the teens today know not the problems that are very much prevalent in other countries. ihe extent of their stress is not being able to hang out at the mall or go shopping at Hollister because theyre "grounded". teenagers, what a load of crap. thank god i dont know the secret to immortality and ill be dead by the time it gets any worse. but thats society, its usually filled with dumb ignorant people. just learn to accept it and take everything they say with a grain of salt.

Yeah, an entire country of cocksuckers, get over it. I didnt see us americans bowing down in 2 days during ww2. I was at the troc show that Pest is talking about. I met Jon Schaffer and he signed stuff, but he seemed very "yea, I know I'm that good" type to everyone. Anders, meanwhile, was very humble and talked to his fans a good deal, not to mention that night was highlighted by the fact that I got to chat with Jesper for at least 2 hours.
I am a huge Iced Earth fan but I have mucho respect for Anders as a person after meeting him quite a few times., he is definately not a rock star and one of the nicest guys you can ever meet in the business. I can't say the same for Jon, however.

Well, there have been instances of tours where one member of a band might not like stuff/be a dick, and the tour still be successful. I don't see Bodom being off this tour to say the least. I have heard Schaffer can have an ego on him; but I hear the rest of the band is quite nice; especially Richard Christy. I never met them; but this is what I am going by.
I am sure this tour will still go off without many hitches. I have never met Bodom; but I hear(and believe fully), since so many people said it; that they do not have a 'rock star' bone in their bodies; so Schaffer would have a hard time saying anything to them.

I'm probably gonna leave after Bodom's set. No need to waste my time paying attention to one of the people who enforce the stereotype that all Americans are arrogant, no matter how good of a songwriter/musician he is.
