Anyone else here a communist?

I think that metal and communism fit together very well - more the industrial side than Borknagar, admittedly, but all things being equal i'd love to see them taking over the world..........

Even though I'm a firm believer that all governments (as well as all humans) are evil... I think Democracy is working out better than anything else would at this point in time... so no Communism for me please. FUCK George Bush though <-- sorry had to get that out :D

i might wish to add at this point that whilst my good friend soviet is trying to mix communism with metal,i'll have nothing to do with it.i dont see how it works.if anyone would like to shed anylight on this subject please do, because my bitter half is just confusing me
:worship:

a question for the Imperator - are you British? so you propably didn't see communism with your own eyes. Neither did I, to be true - i was a baby then, but my parents DID.
Still we don't know what link you see between metal and communism......... comrade
about Bush: i can't say i like him, but there's this thing he says he's a friend of our president Kwasniewski (Poland) who isn't such a sonofabitch like most other politicians...... that't gives us hope to see some dollars flowing in :D life ain't easy ......
yeah governments are evil but there would be more evil without them.... that's my thought.

LadyA. Silence.

Yes, I am British, and perhaps I have not explained my own ideology clearly enough. I am not a communist in the sense that we saw 1917-1991. I am a 'progressive' communist - by that I mean that I have gone back to the real roots of the idea (Yes I have slogged through the Manifesto and Das Kapital!)

And henceforth come up with my own political ideal. A sort of union between Communism and several other institutions, one of which being metal, believe it or not.

I cannot begin to fathom what life must have been like for the parents of my honourable friend [Poland], but let's just say that I world I seek to create would be much different.

The Imperator.

What is my crime... What is my deed... Is this life my redemption

I hate my flesh. It's dimension poisoned my soul with doubt

The wolf is no longer free

Release the chains and come for me

yes okay, you got the wrong band... hecate enthroned did a far superior cover version, which happens to be one of my favourite songs of all time. so don't correct me I know what I meant.

Sometimes i really cant understand ppl....
But be glad you, Soviet Imperator never lived in a communist country. Believe me ppl who lived in such countries are 'schocked' or at least very surprised on your idea and not understand it...

come on, i dont think he wants to run around killing people, i think he just admires SOME of the ideas behind it.I can see his point, but then I do know him better than anyone else here

hehe... ok, you know him better than we do...
but still, i think its easy to be a 'progressive' communist and talking from behind a computer. i, myself enjoy discussions about ideas but you cant change human nature and some of these ideas will offen others somewhere, somtime.

I wonder if he is planning to start a new politcal party in England?

;)
