Secondly, approaching their 40's, the hormones are fading and meopause is on the horizon. Lastly, women having babies past the age of 35 are more prone to have kids with downs syndrome.

You are definetly right about this ... with the opportunity of going on dates with new people literally every weekend, people will not settle.
