Clicky? R U SRS? Joey's kicks never sounds clicky or high tuned, maybe solod but in context they are the opposite.

The snare sample is probably not for sale, but try Steven Slate snares with a lot of room and you will get a similar result. Joey is a big fan of SSD Snare 12A so most of his snares sounds very similar.
