So how about starting up that Nevermore "online street team?" Some of you've seen my constant hyping on the Deth boards (as Poison God Machine). Just check out that Official Nevermore discussion thread I posted yesterday and about 5 of the people in there have been converted due to my constant hyping in the past (and about 12-15 others). I say we should all spread the word on various metal boards (Pantera, Metallica's when it comes back up, all of the forums here, etc.)) as most people haven't a clue how awesome Nevermore is. What do you guys think?

Good to have you aboard Deadskinmask...I saw Slayer a little over a week ago in Asbury Park, NJ. Killer set. I posted the set list and a show review on this board after the show. Anyway, once we get our ranks together we shall plan our Nevermore advertising assault on all metal BB forums.

kickass :D i saw Slayer at the Electric Factory in Philly... i loved it! some fuckers made me JUST miss a Bostaph stick and a King pick AHH! BTW, cant wait for the street team to get up and runnin :)
 
The only ones (in stores that is) I have heard of were in Seattle. All I know is that when I saw them in Old Bridge NJ during the last tour with Savatage I was totally blown away. One of the best live performances I've EVER seen.

I wish some of these record labels would spring a little and send stuff via mail - postcards advertising the new album mailed out to people couldn't cost THAT much, could it?
I miss getting cool stuff in the mail. Nevermore needs a fanclub, done old-school style. Were any of you ever in the Death fanclub? They actually did a lot of cool shit.
 
First time cruising into this board. Fan of Nevermore since...well...the first Nevermore album, but a fan of the core of Nevermore since Refuge Denied. Even was nerdy enough to have a Refuge Denied t-shirt (with that wonderfully eerie cover) sewn on to the back of my jeans jacket in High School. Been a fan of just about every Nevermore album. I do wish they'd update their website with more news updates, though. Ok. I'm babbling now. Nevermore is one of the most under-appreciated metal bands on the market and if I can do anything to change that, as Aaragorn stated in LoTR, "You've got my sword."

Thatnks for the offers for help with the web page! I know html well and I'm ok with Flash but I if for some reason we wanted some cool javascript stuff, jimbobhickville's help would be apretiated. I am decent with adobe photo shop but any help you could give Vylance X would be awsome. I think we should start brainstorming what we should do with this fanclub/street team. What should we start off with it including? Maybe if we work hard it will pay off for us and Nevermore in the end!
