Im still going to the gym, I haven't given up yet :lol: and I made a month 3 days ago, and Im watching some changes, it is fun !!!! :D; also I quit the pizzas and all the sodas, those things are puro poison for you body :lol:

MMMM nope I just can lift around 80 lbs, 120 lbs is still too much weight for me, I'm just a begginer, maybe in more than a month I could lift that :p

I never work out and I can still bench 100 :lol: I can also do MAX weight on the leg press and leg curl. :lol: Probably the only thing I can really boast about athletically, other than my awesome skills as a defense man in soccer.
