Hmmm... it's okay. I wouldn't say it blew me away or anything though. The post processing one is better, but ideally you should do all processing on the unit itself, to get a good idea of what it is capable of that the X3 isn't.

yeah i know but all i did was adding some eq.. i was just to lazy to play it again..
well i never got a decent tone from my pod x3 so you could imagine what someone who is able to tweak the X3 the right way could get out of the HD.
 
Anyone here thinking getting one to only use the FX as in 4 cable method with your amp?

Got the OK from the wife... :D Now I just need to buy one... 400 or 500 ??? Decisions...
