Line6 did it again! POD Studio & POD Farm

They did it again! They repacked the same technology and are selling it under another name! LOL

Toneport now is called POD Studio and Gearbox is called POD Farm. Well, at least now it has the dual-tone thing like PODx3, and you can run the plugin with an iLok instead of a Line6 device. I wonder if they will let people who already bought the Gearbox VST update to this POD Farm version.

In their defense, I've got WAY more usage out of my Pod than the $300 I spent on it.

Too little too late for me. Their lack of a VST version of GearBox for Mac was really disappointing...and pathetic IMO. I returned it and got RevMKIII and damn am I ever glad that the guys at Line6 didn't to make a VST for Mac until now!

yup, although i like gearbox + the metal pack alot.
it's about time they come up with some new modelling technology.
