Herman Ree's hair is disgusting, it is never necessary to keep your hair that long. Chinamen especially need to be careful their hair doesn't get ratty when it's too long.

Long hair can be attractive but it really depends on who's under all that hair. You can have the greatest hair ever but if you look like Jabba the Hut it doesn't matter!
