Looking for awesome obscure thrash for "thrash albums of the day"

Killer suggestion. I'm only a couple tracks in and I fucking love it. Definitely gonna feature this in my column sometime soon
 
Cool suggestion, it's definitely a good song, I'll have to check more of their stuff out. I'm from Calgary myself. We don't have a super strong metal scene here but I always like to promote Canadian thrash if at all possible

In this case I suggest Mortillery (if you haven't already mentioned them), though I don't know if they count as "obscure".

"Act Of God" is one of my overall favourite Thrash Metal albums and "The Music Of Erich Zann" is - together with the eponymously titled debut and "Wanderer On The Edge Of Time" - my favourite Mekong Delta album.
