Agreed. When I was in high school I loved going to Tower Records and flipping through the metal mags. I usually picked up a copy of Metal Maniacs or Terrorizer if it was a good issue.

I've only ever heard that phrase in an American context. However, admittedly, I haven't heard it used much at all; the only use that I know of specifically was on the Simpsons.
