What's the vox situation on Pestilence/Asphyx/HoB?

I was wondering this. At the same time, it would be fucking hilarious to see van Drunen performing the same vocals with three different bands but it would also sadden me if, for instance, he didn't do vocals for some of the early Pestilence.

I'd imagine that two of those bands would perform on different days, so he can rest.
