Of course, Monty Python also uses the letter 'ø' while making fun of the introduction to Ingmar Bergman films in the intro to Monty Python and the Holy Grail, does this mean that Bergman is really Norwegian?

He's called "The Swedish Chef." I think that's a pretty solid indicator that he is, in fact, a caricature depicting someone's serious amusement at the Swedish language.
