That could be... he should know that he has a loyal following that buy the new album regardless of how much of stinker it is. I hope it's a good album. I like Megadeth, I like Dave even more when he sticks to playing his guitar and singing...

I'm really excited for the new record. I've been listening to "United Abominations" quite a bit lately. When I first got that record I thought it was ok but it's grown on me to the point where I really like it.

i didn't rate youth higher than cte because overall its not as groundbreaking but i'm with you. i'd rather listen to youth than cte

CTE got severely overplayed back in the day & I have trouble listening to it now as a result. Maybe deserves to be higher, but that's where I'm rating it today.

Actually is not hatred is disdain, I mean I have nothing against the band but that album did nothing for me and I mean nothing. TWNAH got at least three songs that moved me, but TSHF didn't move a bit in me.

Idn United Sounds like Mustaine trying so hard to sound like Rust In Peace again. TSHF sounds more original and catchy, personally I think Megadeth are a lost cause altogether right now.

And Countdown is SO much better than Youth, not even a question.

huh?? megadeth is probably the best thrash band from the 80's right now.
