I'm no legal expert so can i ask it ok to make your own personal Symphony X hooded top if there are none officially produced? I have vector artwork of the logo if anyone is interested and of course if it's legal.

There are plenty of one-off digital fabric printing places around who do it really professionally. And it's surprisingly cheap these days.

The logo is a copyrighted image, so it's not legal to reproduce it without permission. I'd suggest waiting..professionally (and legally) done sweatshirts may just happen if you're patient.

I don't think the selling them at concerts thing will be helpful. At the concerts I've been to that sell hoodies, they're all like $50 or something, and who carries around that much cash to a show?? Buying it online though is different. I think if I got a SymX hoodie I would wear it constantly and my mom would have to pry it off me to wash it...hehe.

If I go to a show of one of my very fave bands I usually take at least $100 with me.

@Lady, just in case we do...put a SyX logo on a shirt without SyX's permission...not that i have, but out of curiosoty....what will be the punishment? Will we be sued?

I havent done it...but i know of someone that does, thats why i'm asking
