While Germany has a more varied scene than Norway and lots of important bands the norwegian bm scene is just so good and such a big part of quite a long period of my life.

I guess I could see someone voting for Finland but the US just has soooo many bands of different styles that are pioneers and/or really great. They win on numbers alone.
