Is it possible to ask to be a moderator on here?

EvileOL left Evile and hasn't posted since 2012
Jonoleth hasn't posted anywhere since 2011
AndyHC hasn't posted since 2009

And the last admin Evileadmin hasn't posted since March of 2013 and that was to just announce SKULL was coming out. Didn't post after that to say it was coming out soon or even that it came out. OR to even post and say Ol left the band.
