Skycaptain and the World Tomorrow.

It was a pretty strange movie since its only quality was the aesthetics and style, which was some sort of futuristic mix of scince fiction from the forties and the "dark coat and hat style" of the twneties, and it was pretty damn nice I must say. But the acting was horrible, the dialogue and script as well and it was about as surprising as a Bond movie. But then it never strove to be surprising or original storywise, so it's pretty hard to judge it, sometimes it almost felt as if it was making fun of it's own predictability and lack of a good script :)
