mr.v's fans

Yea, I think Borknagar probably has a bigger following, their on a bigger label, and proably attract more people simply because of all the famous members they've had over the years. I was initially attracted to Borknagar because I heard Garm sang for them (which is kind of funny, considering his era is my least favorite of Bork).

Vintersorg isn't only a band, is a force and a feeling which I share... beyond the music i like Vintersorg because the songs say all I feel and the music is done in a way that you feel and understand the lyrics and the message even you don't understand it
in conclusion... Mr .V is a musical genius who can take the feelings of his heart and all thoughs from his mind translating them in a musical form call viking/black metal or progressive black metal , as you which.

I admire' im a lot for that

You said it perfectly! I think if I were to use only a few words to describe Mr. V, they would be "passionate, dynamic, genius"

Another admirer here. I'd call Mr. V's music simply as MUSIC.

Hail to the MUSIC. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

It was Till Fjälls for me, the first vintersorg thing i ever heard..But if i remember correctly it was Otyg that got me into his music fully

Just thought I should point out that the questions still are:

"Which band [that Mr. V has participated in] "converts" or "has converted" the most people into Vintersorg fans?"

and

"Out of all of [Mr. V's projects], in terms of commercial success and popularity, which is the biggest project?"

I.e. not: "Which of Mr. V's albums/bands/songs did you hear first/do you like best?"
;)

i guess sales wise bork is bigger, but they have to split it in 5 or something
and i think vintersorg has a more loyal following.

Seems as though it may be turning into a survey like thing haha. Maybe the original poster can get an idea from that:).

if i would describe it to a person with good taste, itd be "dynamic, evolving, original" and if its someone who likes pop music and stuff id just say its fucked up music

I bought Sagovindars Boning in 1999, because I thought it was a cool title. I listened to it once, laughed at the vocal-performance and didn't listen to it for some time.
Then I bought Ödemarkens Son the same year, fell in love with "Svältvinter" and decided to give Sagovindars Boning another chance. From that moment on, I was sold on Mr. V and his projects.

Well yea, I love them now. Many of my favorite vocalists started out as vocalists I didn't like (Mr. V, Garm, Jello Biafra, Cornelius Jakhelln)
