They should take their shoes off when inside, and they should have some atmosphere lights like blue leds on the walls.

So, the album is ready. Now just materializing it.

Attention Hate Crew!

We’re excited to inform you that the recording of COB album no. 10 starts tomorrow with Mikko Karmila at our very own Danger Johnny studios. Frequent updates coming through Instagram https://www.instagram.com/cobhc/ and Facebook so make sure to follow both channels!

Having the same producer as for Halo of Blood sounds like a wise choice to me :D

Didn't know Karmila had ever worked with COB :D I only know him from working with Kotiteollisuus and other less extreme Finnish metal bands.

" Started session by setting up the drums & mics. Alexi & Daniel stopped by to record guide tracks for Jaska who will start beating the drums today. #cobhc#cob10 "

I'm thinking what kind of soundworld and style will it be this time. I think it's a natural evolution as each album tries something unique which means it will have its lackluster shadow side, so the album after will try to fix that shortcoming by what will be it's uniqueness. This time I have a feeling the general heavy sound they've stuck into will continue, but the songs will be a bit faster and shorter and the lead guitar sound will have some more echo or something to match with the purple artwork and the recent glance to the past. I just hope the sound will deviate from the American sound of IWC and RRF. There will probably be some medium tempo unison solos to satisfy a certain desire from their music. Maybe the guitar solos will try to find a balance between technicality, speed and feeling-value.

Back from the dead to say I'm excited.
Long time no see indeed. I've seen you or Krofius on YouTube every now and then, but can't remember which one of you it was. Might have been both.

Downtown Salieri as a working title is really interesting. I hope it won't turn out to be bait for fans of the old style.
