I think he's being set up as the fall guy for the Chargers, quite honestly. Seems like a smart guy and the offense played noticeably better with his promotion/fire of Roman. He did state that none of our offense was 'his' and just ran with Roman's for the rest of the season

but he didn't utilize Tyrod better than anyone else and consistently failed to utilize all his receivers. Seems like a good OC, at the least, and speaks intelligently about football. He got any staff in SD yet?
