I think discussion should be allowed now because album is indeed already available in some countries and on Monday rest of European Katatonia fans will also get it. I think that locking or deleting this topic at this point would be nitpicking. Of course I'm not saying what mods should do.

Well, in that case we should not discuss it before the American release date or perhaps not even before it arrives for example to India which may happen next year. And besides, it won't never be available everywhere. You won't find this album in Middle-East or in Antarctica.

I'm guessing we might have to wait for the (actual) european releasedate. You gotta draw the line somewhere, right?

While I certainly understand the banning of discussion concerning links (especially on the band's official forum), it does seem a bit ridiculous to ban discussion of the album when some people have the physical copy. I mean, wouldn't conversation about the album actually be a good thing? Hype is never bad.

Well for the record, I'm here in Canada and I have a physical copy. It's pretty good, I must say.

Exactly! And we (fans) have no control over the release dates for different countries. I for sure didn't wanna wait any longer to get the album when I heard on friday that album is available in local record store (I have also preordered the album from Burningshed but who knows when it'll be delivered). But I don't also wanna give any spoilers, besides the fact that every Katatonia fan knew already months before release - album is brilliant!

P.S. my signature has one lyrics "spoiler". But everyone can hear these lyrics at homesite already (one of the sneak peaks).

I don't have the album yet, but I've listened to the album teaser so many times already that I'm pretty sure that those lyrics are from " the longest year".. aren't they?
