Officially seconding Vemod - Venter på stormene because that album is incredible. It's almost painfully good.

Re: Swans: The Seer is my least favoUrite of their new era, haha. I know I'm in the minority with that, but think that To Be Kind blows it away.

To clarify more specifically, there are some stellar moments on The Seer, but as a whole I find it too disjointed when compared to what I know the band can do. I also recognize that even attempting to mold an opinion on The Seer requires 500 listens minimum. Give me 5+ more years.
