I just registered and ive noticed not too many Tallica fans here. Am I right or wrong?

I'm sure you'll find plenty of fans of Kill Em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, and And Justice...but as for those who enjoy new metallica..yeah it's pretty few and far between.

Metallica was my favorite band in the 80's. I don't like the new stuff to much but i still consider myself a fan as i listen to the old albums.

Its all about taste... I like ALL metallica albums, some people only like the older style, some others hate the at all.

i cant get into em. i think there is only one song i can get into from them and thats call of the ktulu, the SM version. but as far as their regular music is concerned i cant really get into it, it bores me for the most part. when it comes to classic thrash, i'm a slayer fan.

Garage Inc. was good because it had some great cover songs that sounded more thrash.

I too, for some reason, only loves the good old Metallica... New Metallica stinks of greed and mainstream... FØJ!

The best is "Ride The Lightening" and "... And Justice For All" which I really enjoy...

Metallica is great. Especially the older albums. Though the new stuff doesn't even compare it's still a lot better than the average shit music that you get around the world. And I do still consider myself a fan.... I can'y expect much from their new album though :/

I am a fan of all of their albums including Load. I will say I don't think it's nearly as good as Master Of Puppets, or ...And Justice for all, but there are songs I like on there. Metallica have always written great songs, so I think that is why I have continued to like them even though they are writing in more of a "hard rock" style now.

I like all their albums, but LOVE the first three! Anyone catch them at the Raiders game?
