Now that 2007 is half over.......

I finally got the new Korpiklaani "Tervaskanto". It was the CD/DVD version which I a great package. The DVD is 40 minutes of the whole entire Waken 2006 show. I would love to see these guys live...very entertaining plus the music is so upbeat. Havent had a chance to listen to the new disc yet....waiting to my commute to work on monday.

Also picked up...the new Iron Fire "Blade of Triumph" and the new Visions of Atlantis "Trinity" and the Savage Circus "live in Atlanta" DVD.

Hopefully some of these will be on my top of 2007 list....hopefully.

How are Iron Fire? On surface, they seem very cliche power metal, based on their album covers and band name....

they are pretty much cliche power metal, but they are very good.

yeah...very generic but good. You know what you are getting each time...kind of like Iron Savior. you are not going to expect originality, just a good solid disc with good songs.
