I'm actually going back to Pittsburgh in a few weeks for the summer to work. Can't wait! Maybe I'll finally be able to see you guys play!

I bet the name "Donny" is a reference to Donny Iris. WDVE always does stuff like (In a heavy Pittsburgh accent) "Oh man, was that Donny Iris at the gas station?"

In frustration I just slapped this silly Hallmark "quality" poem together for our deceased band member, his last name was Duke. Needed the laugh, figured I'd share it.

Duke…. YOU SUCK!

We put up with your shit
all those wondrous years
Silly senseless babblings
left us laughing ourselves to tears

Then you had the nerve to tell us
To get our priorities straight
In such a way that would leave us
Fighting off the urge to retaliate

We knew you were a foolish child
That never would grow up
Yet knew who we could turn to
When found down on our luck

You always had our backs
After push came to shove
So we put up with your shit
Cuz what was not to love?


Now our days have grown so long
Pressure and release taken with stride
But deeply buried anguish
Lays hiding way down inside

So we work in total dismay
Trying to write good song
Doesn’t it just figure?
It’s grown to be too long

Into great epic proportions
With no end in sight
No real sense of direction
Cuz your not here to write

So where did you run off too?
You wide eyed crazy fuck
You took your inspiration
