A: Maybe its an engineering thing, Mag. I do the same thing with my hw - only I usually fit it onto a page and a half . Otherwise, my Star-Trek obssessed gf makes fun of me for my pseudo-obsession with rpgs. Yeah, thats about it.

what arch said, only that i don't read computer magazines (offline), and that i'm currently working on a degree in bioinformatics. and i need to boot up two pcs to have access to the internet. and currently i'm sitting in a room together with 28 workstations. alone, of course. and i want to read some stuff about cryptography soon to encrypt my mails and eventually the whole hard disk. but that is a story for the real geek thread

not at all. that's maybe because i don't own one. and apart from that, i couldn't even if i wanted to, because our bloody admins in te data processing centre closed all those ports

A: I asked my cousin if I could squeeze her head, two weeks ago. She said 'no'. I felt excluded.

i want an iriver ihp series mp3 jukebox, but i'll have to wait until the goddamn euro-dollar ratio gets more reasonable again or buy one in the US. but that's a bit complicated since i don't own a credit card.

any other recommendations for mp3 players?

A: I would get an iPod... but that's just me. I'm sure various people hate iPods for various reasons.

A: as fast as any other commodore64, i.e., not fast at all. then at some point there was a 386. it used to run games whose mere thinking about today brings tears to my eyes, and not because they sucked. while indeed of course they sucked.

A: no. criminal organizations control beggars one way or the other. i'm not giving money to criminal organizations unless they at least off somebody i don't like in return.

A: Of Taiwanese and Dutch descent. (But mostly Taiwanese)

A: it's a very close call between hamlet and macbeth. hamlet has the best plot and lines, but macbeth is darker and faster.
