A: Their cockiness appeals two-fold. Women want to be noticed and with a loud arsehole they will be. Plus men who are arseholes are usually "pretty boys" and have grown up recieving different kinds of attention than us ugly bastards. They see themselves as above most people and usually end up treating women like shit. But yeah Id say its down to the boyish/ruggish/"whatever turns you on" good looks.
