A: it's very male. (ok, when i'm actually training, i do benchpress, biceps, triceps, back, and other strengthening excercises)

pressups, situps, dips, leg raises (nightly) weights once every few days.

then once a week, boxing, ishinryu karate, swimming, blading,

and maybe some running if i could find the motivation.
