A: no, you''re pretty much on the ball. i'd go one further and write it off as fucking stupid, but then, that's people it seems.

A: i would vote for "no". here's why:
- iq is not the be-all-end-all for measuring someone's intelligence, it only investigates a few specific areas;
- i do not generally approve of killing someone for the greater good, especially when there's no personal responsibility behind the person's faults
- even stupid people can be marginally useful.

A: ok, lets say not so much IQ and more 'stupidity level' think of the film 'Gattaca', people that are going to be complete fuckwit wastes of space can be determined before birth,
