A: Well if there was the technology to detect complete and total assholes and insane troublemakers at birth, then why not? Have you seen the state of the world lately? I usually make enemies with this statement, but it seems to me the rules of evolution no longer apply to mankind. It is not really about survival of the fittest anymore, since life today is held sacred and even the weakest specimens are saved. Or maybe it is the survival of the fittest? The sick survive in a sick society... Either way, one person does not have the power to change the world alone. However, several idiots in a group could do severe damage...
