It doesn't make any sense at all. I'll agree that he should get sentenced just because of the indecency of the act, but he shouldn't fucking get 15 years

Ever heard of benefit of the doubt? Innocent before proven guilty? You're assuming he's a murderer in the making. Not cool. The only charge against him is raping and killing a cat. Yes, fucked up, but not 15 years worth. What he needs is intense psychiatric help.

I'm saying that you cannot sentence someone to jail time based on what they might do. However, if someone commits an act that indicates that they are fucked up, you can send them in for psych help. This is what should be done.

Can't charge a man on a crime that he hasn't committed obviously, but if I was the judge and he was found guilty i'd push the most amount of jail time I could. I don't see how you would argue he doesn't deserve it at all.
