I still havent check them out much yet.

The Flaming Lips are awesome. Catpower is sort of atmospheric indie with female vocals from what I've heard. I really sort of enjoyed it!

Been listening to The Pixies lately too.

The Pixies are just so phenomenal I don't know how anyone can't like them. And what a better way to roll the end credits to Fight Club than with "where is my mind?".

I only have Chutes Too Narrow

and it's very good.....although I suspect this is a band that comes across better live. I saw them perform recently on SNL and they were excellent.
