Opeth: Classical or Steel String

It seems to me that after listening to songs like benighted that opeth used finger picking on a classical guitar but some of thier stuff of Blackwater Park definatley sounds like its played on a steel string with a pick...
Are they just switching off between classical and steel string on some songs or are they only using one kind of guitar and I'm just stupid?

On benighted they are using a steel string.
They use classicals on some morningrise stuff.
And why would they limit themselves to one type of guitar?.!

Yeah, why to limit! Next time it would be cool hear some classical guitar too...

While I did use the Megadeth boards before it was as Ashes In My Mouth and not Poison Godmachine. I think there are a couple of us Poison Gods here on the UM.
