but i checked ticketmaster.com

The official site is right. Ticketmaster now lists the Phoenix show for the 27th. It appears they changed the tour dates around a bit. They were originally announced as

27th LOS ANGELES,CA
28th PHOENIX,AZ
29th SAN DIEGO,CA

now it's

27th PHOENIX,AZ
28th SAN DIEGO,CA
29th LOS ANGELES,CA
