All right. I did a little more work using the ownhammer Nebula cabinets. Same programs as before. Mix n Match 3 and sm57 3. The "mastering chain" is still the same. Same basic GTR fx chain as before but I eq'd this as best I could. I freely admit I'm no tone expert but I think this sounds pretty good. The ownhammer programs are very mid present. I tried to compensate for that. HP/LP etc. Screenshots of the GTR chain are available if anyone wants them.
Here's the first one:

This second one the only difference is I used AlexB's CLC panner instead of my DAW panner. Some folks claim that it gives a wider stereo image without compromising the phantom center. I gotta admit I can barely (if at all) hear a perceptible difference. Wondering if any one here can A/B these and tell me what they hear?

Kevin: Thanks for the info you've posted on this forum. It's helped me out a bit. I would suggest that you include in your program downloads a pdf with all the pertinent info that's shown on your website. The mics and the locations on the cone where they were set up. We are all huge information junkies!
Personally I'm liking the programs and look forward to trying out your next batch.
Sneapsters, let me know if you want me to try anything else with this stuff.
