ozzfest question re rotating bands

i am planning to go to the ozzfest here in pittsburgh 8-28 -

bleeding through is one of the "rotating bands" on the bill and i am wondering if anyone knows FOR SURE exactly what rotating means???

Well that was pointless!

In answer, rotating simply means that they may not be at each of the dates, and that they come on at varying times

So basically only Lamb of god, Hatebreed, and Slipknot are garenteed? At the ozzfest site it has those 3 bands...then says Rotating and has Bleeding through, god forbid, everytime i die, unearth, lacuna coil, etc etc
