Anyone know how to go about checking the phase on an interface that has no "phase" switch. The Saffire pro 40 I just picked up does not offer this option and I am having some issues when trying to use the Fredman technique, set OH's and Multi Mic Drums, namely a snare drum.
What I have been doing is setting up the mics where they "look good" recording for about 10 seconds and playing back with the phase inverted in the DAW.
Whats the best way to go about this?
