Bass Behemoth
PickBoy carbon nylon 1.14mm (for bass), Dunlop yellow tortex for guitar. I've tried around 100-150 different plectrum sizes/shapes/materials in my time playing/selling guitars and settled on those two.

I use the Purple Tortex 1.14mm for non metal stuff. For metal I prefer the Black "jazz" shaped Tortex picks. I actually did a recording comparison of the two picks for metal and found that the normal sized Tortex was just too much surface area hitting the string, so the lowend of my playing was quite flubby.
