in MAYH has it occurred to anyone else that the bass drum is louder then in any other album? the double kick realy dosent sound as clean and sharp as in other albums either.

Also does morningrise realy have less vocals or does it just seem like it with the epic lengths of the songs?

I remember reading an interview with Mikael about MAYH where he mentioned that they weren't quite sure what to do with/about the sounds, which is the main reason why MAYH sounds the way it does.

Hmm, now that you point it out, yes, it does feel like Morningrise doesn't have much vocals.
