Questions about Slate drums

First of all, my hard drive crashed couple of days ago. I had a backup of all my files including slate on my external, so that's not a problem. However, I was sure I also duplicated my text file with the serial but I don't find it . Is there a way to see what is the serial of the file we downloaded anywhere? I looked in the files I downloaded including the pdfs but I didn't see it . I know it's my fault, but I'd like to continue my projects that were using slate drums ASAP. I sent en email to Slate Support friday but I didn't have any reply yet, it's the week-end and it's father's day so I understand though.

Also, I'd like to know if I was the only one with a lot of Kontakt crashes when tweaking the drums during playback . It happened to me A LOT of times. Is there a kontakt patch or something? I know it's not my computer, Kontakt is the only vst that crashes cubase.

I think the only thing you can do is contact the support team, which you've already done.
They'll take care of you though and work something out. They'll most likely get back to you tomorrow

and Kontakt has never crashed Reaper in my experience
