I WISH ALL YOU LITTLE PECKERS FROM SS.ORG WOULD GO THE FUCK AWAY. YOU ARE CLUTTERING UP A PERFECTLY GREAT FORUM WITH YOUR NOOB BULLSHIT!!!!!

Granted some of you are very cool, and have some great shit. Those of you can stay, they rest of you just go the fuck away. PLEASE

Maybe we need to find a way of keeping these people from posting the same bullshit every fucking day. I NEED PRESETS, I NEED TONES, I NEED Superior help .....

you want a tip ......

LEARN TO USE YOUR OWN FUCKING EARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys are driving away all the quality members and discouraging them from posting tips and ideas. You wanna learn seriously, just shut the fuck up and read. I spent 2 years on this forum before my first post about getting any kind of help.

I'm so fucking tired of the HELP ME IM A NOOB posts ... ughhhh... Granted I am guilty of it too. But I for sure don't just blatantly IGNORE the advice given to me and say "well its supposed to be that way" or some other lame fucking ass excuse cause you have no idea what a fucking threshold on a mother fucking compressor is .....

Sorry ..... Andy / Lasse if you feel the need to ban me or make me take a few days off thats fine. Im just fucking steamed right now that my beautiful home on the net is being infected with "give me presets" bullshit.

How do you know they're from SS?

Not sure where you guys are seeing all this. Granted I don't click on half the threads around here now days based on the topic/ interest created by the thread title. The less posts and views there are in such threads the sooner the leachers will dissapear IMO.

There HAS been a noticeable amount of help me im a noob threads in the last few days, like they all joined togteher and all say "I'm really new to this" when they are worst than new, they simply have never read one single article on the web about recording, that's not new that's ZERO.

Seriously, read read read read THEN practice, then read read again THEEEEN ask for advice

Yep, the amount of "I know absolutely nothing about recording" threads is getting a bit annoying. Go away and read read read, then if you're still struggling come back and ask for specific advice.

The truth is that they don't need to go away, they just need to read and learn from the wealth of knowledge that already exists here. I've been a member for quite some time and have yet to find the need to ask a question because by becoming familiar with the content that already exists has answered all the questions I have thought I needed answered. The saying "seek and ye shall find" has never been more true - there are very few "original" questions that are asked here, in that they have mostly been asked and answered in the past.

Occasionally a new and insightful question will appear, but in most cases it is not about the simpler side of audio engineering - those questions have been answered and you can find the answer with a little reading and searching. The internet is a wealth of information, some good, some bad, but it's a pretty safe bet that the answer is somewhere if you search prior to asking - I know, I know - it's work and some want instant gratification. This is not that place - people come here for knowledge and there is plenty if you are willing to take the time to become familiar with this forums history (by that I mean you need to read, read, and then read some more.)

By all means ask a question if you really believe it is original, but if you think that it is a basic question, it probably has already been answered.

you know Jind, I imagine you as an old man with a long white beard who comes into the forum whilst floating in a Lotus position spreading calm and wise words around all subsections of this wonderful land.

I guess I am old - if you consider 43 old, and my brother is the one into yoga. He's always telling me I should try it though.

See, I imagine him looking like Steve Buscemi

go figure :loco:

Never been told I look like Steve Buscemi before - interesting. I'll have to ask my wife; I think my face is too round however so I think she will say no.
