I wasn't saying Agalloch weren't a metal band. I just wondered why they were recommended as "death metal" when they are clearly not. Someone puts in "The Mantle" expecting Vomitory-type metal they're going to be sorely disappointed (or relieved, depending on your viewpoint).

Grave - Soulless may be the best old school death metal album of all time for my tastes.
