Maybe our current human existance is but only a fraction of our souls entire lifespan, thus, where we perceive 100 years to be quite a long time, our soul remembers our existance only in a dream - or like our memory of yesterday.

Hey man, I don't lie... My friends have called me crazy, but even they were freaked out when I told them about it. I can't be sure it's right, but everything is way too coincidental for it to not be true. At least that's what I believe. It makes a lot more sense to me than god.

We do not have "souls". The "soul" is an invention from the late Middle Ages. It was invented to accomodate for new religious ideas of purgatory. The church needed the people to go to church (for maintaining their power): enter the "save your soul" campaign.
