The only band I'm not real familiar with is My Dying Bride. Didn't they do that 33.4986% album or something, the cover that Hammers ripped off for The August Engine?

"34.788%... Complete" is their "experimental" album, where they wrote lyrics like this and were generally "avant-garde" or whatever. I haven't heard it much, don't particularly care to, nor do I care much about anything that came after it.

Everything up to and including "I am the Bloody Earth" is recommended death-doom. "Symphonaire Infernus et Spera Empyrium" from the first EP is one of the best songs ever.
