Well, as expected, it's supposed to get harder as the tournament continues.

Interestingly enough, it seems as if Slough Feg are giving MDB a run for their money. Even if they win, the next round they're up against Primordial. Woah, even I cannot deny the majesty of Primordial. Let's see what happens...

Yeah, but you hate Opeth and My Dying Bride and you voted for them. You've never heard an Iron Maiden album in your life and yet you voted against them with that "electronica" band, Ulver. Come on.....they key thing is, people are voting because they've heard both discographies.

If not, there are people who aren't even voting.

Well that's not fair, I don't hate Opeth, I like Orchid a lot. True, there later stuff leaves a lot t be desired, but I'll take Orchid over anything Death released. I voted MDB simply because I've never heard SLough Feg.

Ulver, well they released Bergtatt and Kveldwhatsits, so they got the vote over Maiden because yeah, I'm not familiar with Maiden.

So are we not suppose to vote if we haven't heard much of a band? I just assume if Maiden was worth hearing, I'd of heard 'em by now.

Orchid rules over many, many fantastic releases. And as for Ulver... I don't really think that many things would get my vote over them. With all of their great electronica/ambient/whatever and THE FUCKING TRILOGIE... it's just hopeless for everyone else.

haha, I was about to call you out on Neurosis and Isis because you voted against them, but all's well.

Neurosis vs Hammers was a no brainer.

Emperor vs Isis was closer. It basically came down to Panopticon vs Nightside Eclipse.

If we did this on individual albums, Panopticon would destroy anything Emperor did other than Nightside.

Ulver's gonna fuckin' win this whole shebang. Why? Because I just installed a DVD burner while listening to Ulver, and I was naked the whole time. That's metal as fuck.

Note: Ulver released 2 metal albums (Bergtatt and Nattens), 1 borderline (William Blake), and a whole slew of non-metal (everything else, including Kveldssanger). But it doesn't matter, because they rule O So Much.
