Royal Carnage Pub Crawl

Them furries was strange. Weird shit and hey, I like weird shit, but not this crap.

Bit yeah we need to plan a big Stone trip. And Lost Abbey cuz that is just down tha road.

First and likely LAST ShartPhone post. This forum SUCKS on TinyVision.

Green Flash is in the area as well, their stouts are teats mate. However, now that Agalloch is playing a stellar venue in L.A, this whole pub crawl endeavor will probably go the way of the dodo. We should all gather to imbibe somewhere in the Greater L.A area at some point. Why the hell not?

Mohawk Bend is about .4 miles from the EchoPlex. We could hit that up prior to the gig.

And I'm down for a Stone trip. I've been wanting to go back down that way for awhile now.

How was that Ballast Point Tongue Buckler? I was looking up this brewery and they have a 10%abv Stout and Porter they release yearly in the fall. It's on like neck bone.

That's it, west coast Royal Carnage brew tour and alcoholocaust, San Diego invasion. Let's do it.

My journey is 90 minutes, most weekends are good for me (with proper planning), what works for y'all?

I'm planning on bringing a crew of 6 to 8, and I think a large hotel room is in order. So there's that.

I'd need a month minimum to plan for the time off from work and likely set aside the pesos for flight and cheap hotel, beer funds.

August is quite crowded socially, September is out, but October is probably wide open for me and the wife. It might just be the two of us, but I might bring up to 8 other foolz. Depends on the timing. Or maybe I'll fly solo if it's one of them Stonecutter meetings.

Oh yeah we're down for pre-Agalloch beers too. I think we're carpooling with some other folk, but the dude wears a Stone belt buckle (doubles as functional bottle opener) so I'm sure he's cool with that.
