If you take too much it will. But the few times I've taken it it helped tremendously with my anxiety, but it also cause significant memory loss. Next time I'll ration.

The anxiety I have is at the security, not on the plane. I hate being searched, even with nothing to hide. Once on the plane, I'm annoyed at shitty seating. First class for me next time!
