Ginger tea. Lemon. Honey.
I can't recommend it enough. It's saved me a few times this year from lapsing into sickness (although I admit conflating ginger tea with getting better might be my poor imagination rather than a genuine relationship).
Anyway - it can't do any harm!
Just get some fresh ginger, chop it up a bit, toss it in a cup add hot water, cover with a small plate, allow to infuse a few minutes (longer if you want a tangy ginger taste) add honey and a squeeze of lemon.
Works for me. Feel better yon lady!
