I had a near death experience with a bong rip earlier. Coughed so hard I thought I was might choke to death.
 
Bitterly cold wind sucks no matter what, and that's what we have today. But I mostly hate wind because it always spells disaster for wearers of contact lenses. It's inevitably going to blow a speck of something in your eye, and with contacts in, that hurts like hell.
 
The layers argument is pointless I think. You can only put on some many layers before you're too uncomfortable to move, much less accomplish anything. If I have to put on that many layers of clothing just to go outside, then that alone is going to make me hate cold weather more than hot.
 
I can protect my body from the wind well enough, but it's the eyes that are tricky. Wearing sunglasses doesn't help because the air just goes around them and still gets in my eyes. Guess I need goggles!
